Meet Rachael Chapter’s new Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach

What inspired you to join Chapter?

I have had some coaching myself and found it so helpful to be able to talk to someone with empathy and no judgement. It is a privilege for me to be able to help others in the same way.

What’s the best bit about your work?

Working with a wonderful team.  Support service users on their journey. Spending lots of time outdoors.

What’s your own wellbeing go to?

The beach or the woods, swimming, loud rock music and cuddling my dog

Rachael, tell us something unusual, or unexpected, about you that not many people would know.

I turned half my lawn into an allotment in lockdown because I was bored and so I could feed all of my guinea pigs!

What’s your favourite inspirational quote for life?

Autumn shows how beautiful it is to let things go

What 3 things are you most grateful for:

Family and friends, Spending time in nature,  living near the beach

What would you say to someone who is thinking about contacting Chapter for support?

I understand that it might feel scary to reach out but maybe not doing so is scarier!
