As someone deeply interested in mental health, I’ve always wanted to support others through life’s challenges. Having worked in clinical settings and now pursuing a PhD in clinical psychology, it’s a privilege to use what I’ve learned to help people feel heard, understood, and empowered.

A long evening walk, listening to music or a good podcast, and a hot bath. I also enjoy dark psychological films that make me reflect.
