Have you ever wished there was a reset button you could press, at any time, to get your life back on track? Well, guess what, there is. We’ve developed a series of six workshops where you’ll learn techniques and strategies to better manage your wellbeing, develop resilience, and help you RE:SET your life this July.
Who is RE:SET for?
Everyone can benefit from the workshops. They’re really good if you’re looking for simple things you can do right away to help with anxiety, negative thinking and how to take the best care of yourself for a future you deserve.
What can I expect?
We’ll cover a whole range of wellbeing areas. Expect to learn how to;
- Reduce and manage anxiety
- Manage negative self-talk
- Make better choices for your wellbeing
- Look after yourself
- Eat better, sleep better and worry less about money
- Find your strengths and how to make the most of them
- Set meaningful goals for your very best future

Weds 15 July, 1pm-3pm
For 6 weeks online – via zoom
Where is it?
The workshops are all online via video call, so it’s really easy to join in.
You’ll need access to the internet via a PC/Laptop/tablet or smartphone. If you need some help getting set up the Chapter team are here!
