Meet Liz, Chapter’s new wellbeing coach!

Say hello to Liz, who has just joined Chapter Mental Health as a wellbeing coach. Below you can find out why Liz joined Chapter, what their wellbeing go-tos are and why they are grateful for their giant warm hoodie!

What inspired you to join Chapter?

What’s the best bit about your work?

Being able to meet lots of different people and support in a person-centred way.

And what’s your own wellbeing ‘go-to’?And what’s your own wellbeing ‘go-to’?

A good cuppa, a nice walk, baking and making puddings.

Tell us something unusual, or unexpected, about you that not many people would know.

I love British Sign Language and Sign Supported English.

What’s your favourite inspirational quote for life?

Any noteworthy professional associations/qualifications?

What would you say to someone who’s thinking about contacting Chapter for support?

The hardest bit is to say hello or ask for help, but by doing so, you’ll meet a community of people ready to help and support you.
