Daniel Rogers, CEO of Chapter Mental Health, has died aged 33

It is with great sadness that Chapter Mental Health is sharing the news that our chief executive officer Daniel Rogers has died suddenly at the age of 33.

Daniel has been a part of the Chapter team for many years, and led the organisation as CEO since 2020.

In this time, Daniel steered Chapter through the pandemic ensuring the charity provided vital mental health support to people in our community throughout lockdown.

Chapter achieved Trusted Charity status under Daniel’s leadership, and he helped to establish the charity’s community greenspace in Ellesmere Port, The Haven, which will be opening for service users in early 2022.

Daniel’s energy, enthusiasm, and kind, compassionate nature will be deeply missed by all his colleagues at Chapter. Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts as they go through this difficult time.

We would like to encourage anyone who has been affected by this very sad news to access grief counselling services by contacting Cruse via their website or calling 0808 808 1677.

Our door remains open, and Chapter will continue to support its service users, with all of our regular services operating as planned.
